Nichola Fletcher is an experienced cookery demonstrator and teacher specialising in game meats.

She has worked all over the world, from USA to UK and many other European countries, and her interesting demonstrations inspire confidence and offer genuinely useful information. Her audiences range from catering students, existing caterers, stalkers, to members of the public. She offers one-to-one tuition as well as public demonstrations.

These are wide-ranging, and make use of her eclectic skills as well as her extensive historical knowledge of feasts.

Whether it is a huge stag made of pastry containing wine, extraordinary pies with a surprise inside, or designing a banquet halfway up a mountain in the Lake District, her imagination is constrained only by budgets.

Nichola's Tutored Game Tastings are her particular speciality; she has given them to
